Design

We make use of our in house design capabilities and multiple years of experience with tooling to develop the best solution for our customers.
All design is carried out in the lastest CAD packages to suit all customer requirements and specifications.

Manufacture

The tool will be machined, heat treated, ground, wire eroded and assembled in house.
We have the option to produce punches, dies and other tooling components from various materials, including carbide.

Proving

The tool will be trialed in one of our HME 40 tonne power presses with material supplied by the customer. At this point adjustments will be made to make sure the component is in specification and to allow the tool to run smoothly during production. A toolmaker can be availble to assist on the initial run.

Repair

We also have the facilities to repair damaged or broken tools. From simple regrinds to full overhauls or modifications. We are your one stop shop for tooling.
