These machines allow us to cut intricate shapes in many conductive materials, including carbide

CAD is processed by our CNC programming software allowing us to produce items from customer drawings with minimal adjustments

All of our eroders have auto threading units allowing for minimal downtime and automated cutting thoughout the night

Wire sizes from 0.2mm diameter allow a minimum radius of 0.12mm on internal corners

Our machines, alongside our programming software, enables us to manufacture components in 4D with taper angles up to 15 degrees
